American Airlines AAdvantage Program: This one was dear to my heart. I still carry my Advantage card in my wallet. There’s over 100 million Advantage members which makes it the industry’s largest loyalty program. We designed the new membership cards, and the booklet and kit that went out with the cards. We even named a new status - Platinum Pro.
American Airlines uniform catalogue: American Airlines wanted to excite their 100,000+ employees with the launch of their new uniforms. Having just come off a successful merger and rebrand, this assignment was an opportunity for American to continue the momentum. To help them achieve level of enthusiasm we had to push the creative envelope and create something that felt more like a fashion magazine than a corporate brochure. We photographed real pilots, flight attendants and ground staff in real locations to show how the uniforms really worked.
American Airlines World’s Greatest Flyers launch: We not only created a new creative and strategic platform for American, but we created a new way for American to connect with their customers.
